Mission: retrieving data from private skimmer override terminal

There is still ongoing updating/tuning for different missions types in Elite. This mission was about retrieving private data for Election manipulation and has proceed very smoothly. Here I was approaching a mission site that was a surface settlement (type ++, without a restricted ground zone around it). I was in Krait-Phantom_ ship.
