Bulletin Board in ED 2.1

Bulletin Board get huge overhaul with first update on season 2 for Elite Dangerous. Missions are much better organised and you have now different rewards as only moneys from them. Now you can much easier support your "faction" if you are interested with ED BGS (background simulation). Also if you will work regularly for certain faction on the same base, you may get much better/interesting missions.
