Civilian Outpost

My FDL (Katana) is approaching Allen St. John Port (outpost = only small and medium size landing pads) in Yaroklis system. Depending about system security & controlling faction these stations can have brokers contact (allow for a fee pay fines, hand bounties or combat bonds from all systems ... very needed for everyone who travel allot) and/or black market (you can sell all stolen gods and contraband). Is also worth to fly through system to these small stations for get additional missions or passengers.
