Mining with Anaconda

With big ship, like Anaconda for sure is, mining changed considerably. 320 cargo space, 8 collector (could be 10 if you sacrifice docking computer and use only one prospector), 2 prospector limpets and 4A refinery makes mining fast and smooth going operation (especially if chosen right location ). Average profit for full cargo is 3M. You can ofc aim for much more (profit/run), but if you will count needed time, you may see that its not worth it.

... and it have not bad defense and guns too. Its not advised go into heavy fight, but alone attackers will be dead quickly.
