**Subject:** Incident Report: Planet Hyuedau PP-F d11-2 & Bounty of Discovery
This report pertains to the recent incident involving my Fleet Carrier, Destrukiton, and the survey mission on planet Hyuedau PP-F d11-2.
The initial jump into the system was routine, but the unforgiving gravitational pull of the planet Hyuedau PP-F d11-2 caused significant course deviation. The autopilot attempted to correct, but the force was too strong. The resulting impact, though minimal, resulted in minor damage to the starboard dorsal thruster. Thankfully, the repairs were swift, executed within 24 hours.

## Situation Report - Fleet Carrier Destrukiton

* Ongoing exploration of planetoid Hyuedau XH-B b42-0 B 4. We have identified two new species, with potential for further analysis.
* One specimen, denoted “X-17”, exhibits unusual bioluminescence and may be a previously unknown strain of the genus *Bioluminidae*. Detailed sample analysis is underway.

It was October 3305 when Karina left the Bubble with course plotted to 22k ly far Colonia region. She thought that she was well prepared for this journey, but like many others before she was wrong. After spending six months with intensive scanning and exploration of systems along planned route she was very close to the destination. Remained maybe only two thousands light years (ly) to closest inhabited system of Colonia, when she overlooked readings of the planet gravity during routine landing. It was "just" a 2G planet, but she has never done landing on heavier gravity world before and usual docking routine proved to be almost fatal. Impact with surface was rough, ship's shields immediatelly collapsed and the sound of the deforming hull was deafening. Ship hull integrity was reduced below 20% and most of ship's vital modules were severely damaged. It was another lesson learned in a very hard way, but thankfully she survived ... for now ...

Commander Forlon has awakended in pilot's chair of his Hathor with a very sore head. Beer botles lying in big numbers on the floor around the chair were perfectly fiting to the mood he was in for no less as last few weeks. It all started with a messsage from a courier returning from Colonia region which was paid to search all information about Karina or her's ships which she owned and used on her exploration journey. The courier was able found numerous traces of her travel on stations along route to the Colonia, but it were two months already when she left the Polo Harbour, which is one from last stops before Colonia region where she not arrived yet. There were countless reasons why it could happen, including exploration of free space which looks there much different to the Bubble. While relaxing in local station bar I opened Galnet and read latest news. One from articles called "Ghost Ship arrives in Chukchan System" raised my interest. At first I thought it will be one from those old huge Generation ships (usually found as abandoned wrecks), which were able travell only at sublight speed, but then I found some notes saying that this may be something little different. I not needed much time for deciding to go there, and thought which ship may be the best choice for journey there. In the end I choosed my newly purchased Imperial Clipper which I equipped for survival in hostile space ... news like that always attract also rogue commanders and possibility to be attacked are high. However in so fast ship, like Imperial clipper is, and which is equipped with high capacity fast recharging shield, can pilot feel quite safe, unless he do bigger serie of own mistakes. HIP 98621 is system with high population and big importance to the imperial senator Zemina Torval. This system was for a very long time a quiet place, but that begin changing when into system have expanded minor faction called the Sovereign Justice Collective. People of the SJC were at first full of enthusiasm from entering this important system, but this lasted only few first weeks. Major fact, which significantly affected all further events, was independence of the SJC faction to the great interstellar powers. Never before it was seen as a problem due bonuses provided by form of SJC's government (dictatorship) which is highly beneficial especially for Zemina Torval controlled systems, but also due this concrete faction's ability to maintain stability in ruled systems. Karina was very nervous when she entered building with offices of her father in Yaroklis system. It was quite unusual state for her, but she spent enough time already with thinking about what she is doing and what she want to do. Local office security system was active when she entered and it meant that she was here alone ... it was quite a relief for her, she had fear, despite all previous support, that father may trying to persuade her to abandon her's idea about going to a long journey "into the black". She have continued into central part of the offices and then entered the director's room. In the centre of a large, modern equipped room, was placed big wooden desk. Karina headed for it without hesitation and put on it an short hand-written letter:

After my return from one of the local wars, where I was helping to achieve "our" goals, I felt suddenly very tired. I was not even in the mood to visit station bar and just sat in the cockpit of my combat ship thinking what I should do next. Then I called to my copilot Deborah, which was already arranging all needed for ship repair and rearm, and we had long discussion. I knew that I need a change, at least for some time, and she advised to me to look at a serie of the Gallnet journal articles referring to the news from area called "The Enclave".
Next day morning I had much more information about my new "interest". It seemed that the Galaxy is suddenly going to be changing much quicker and more significant as it was anytime before. We already have human stations and regular "ferry" (megaship) into distant area with the Guardians ruins and now there is further new initiative to build permanent human presence very close to area rich of Meta-Alloys in blueish Witch Head Nebula. It was early morning when I like usual entered my offices in Marsden City (Yaroklis System). I sat down into comfortable leather chair, enjoyed freshly prepared cofee and then started read detailed reports of the SJC Faction which were prepared by Deborah. We had in last few weeks quite unusual rise of influence in more of our systems, where we in some reached almost an expansion threshold ... something, what was undesired to happen at this time. I've thought about "We" and "our", and it had amuse me, because the Ghost Legion, which was my home for a few years already, was not always positively supporting our faction The Sovereign Justice Collective. We still are, like in the past, a force operating behind the scenes serving the needs of Chancellor Zahra Arias to help her build and maintain a Faction which not always knew what is the best for itself.
However my amusement took only a short time because Deborah unexpectedly entered the room with a serious expression on her face.
