I'm running Windows 7 Ultima 32bit (english)

and YES, Freelancer (and the Crossfire-mod) are running.

It also runs on Windows XP, and Windows Vista

Here it´s running at W7 64 too

The only problem I had on Windows 7 is the mod manager uninstaller. You ABOSOLUTELY need to run it as administrator otherwise it will not unistall properly and will cause the next intall to fail.

I just built a pc for my nephew....win7 pro 64 bit, onboard video (no card)...tested freelancer (not Crossfire)...but I did play through the whole storyline in SP....not 1 crash.

i run Win7 fine FORLON. No worries...

I can confirm that under Win 7 64bit Home works CF great! ... I might have only one advice and this is for advanced shaders option when install: I had some graphics problems with last setting (+Blur +..), when I reinstall game and set only shaders on, all is working perfect.
