You are excluded from this control mechanism if all of the following 3 conditions apply
1. your turnover is not higher than 10mio € per year.
2. your average number of monthly visitors is lower than 5mio unique visitors.
3. the services you offer have not been available for longer than 3 years.
Is this the "initial script" that passed last autumn after making it softer, or the updated one now, because for next voting everyone says its changed back to the rejected version (or worse) and it goes, as quoted, like: "No exceptions are made even for services run by individuals, small companies or non-profits, which probably includes any monetised blogs or websites." As well as making it an "inalienable right" so no material can be given/spread freely even if the author wanted so.
PS: I could only find one version of an "official" document, it being: EU , and Im not sure how updated it is.
In my opinion, I dont know how something that is being voted can change at all, either in between votes or... after being voted, like a certain UN pact last year as well. It's not trustable at all.
