How can I do to have 2 licenses?

This can be solved this way: Licenses are based on shields. We can do RP licenses one class above than ASF/CSF licenses/cloaking device parts/Crystaline keys and Dom'Kavash devices.

Had same one time, Normaly dealer not intrested into this deal but some days dealer high and he just sells without background check

There are limitations to "shield or other components levels", and things like Battleship weapons, the rest of extra equipment and stuff, already uses those options and levels. The components have to be a different type/level than anything else, because people could, for example mount 2 shields if it's not done correctly.
Anyway, you already can't mount 2 licenses of different types at once, he probably used some exploit, or such. He won't go for long that way, since it's not allowed.
So don't worry about having 2 RPs at once, it won't happen.

I would like to get an information how this is possible. Normally it should not be possible to mount such two licenses. The hook prevents that.
I just cannot exlude there is a bug - but i want to have an info if so. Thanks for your cooperation! -

This not entirly true..
I did fly with a merc lisence and a police lisence before in game.. Dint use anything to equip these items.. -
Since 1.82 or 1.9 it is not possible, before that, it was.

And im not making a joke.. I had 2 mounted one day in past.. -
It could depend on lag, since I saw people with 400 ping as their minimum, but it's still not reasonable.

lag is not a point here, the hook is not interested in lag when it restricts licenses to be mounted

Just tested it and now he does what he should do.. But had ths only onces never tryed more i think

Michael: It's been done in 1.9 obviously by the pic. Also Aurelcici did the same thing in 1.9. So to hear it's "not possible" is just nonsense. How about working together to fix it rather than spilling propaganda or misinformation.

Now how about reporting what is to be fixed rather than just saying it's possible and bashing on those who said otherwise. Huor properly pointed to such thing, as he does not need "misinformation".

Normally is not possible buy second license bcs dialer will denied this operation (tested yesterday). But you can still transfer different license(s) to char from someone else. Not tested how it will work if you will equip this second license on base outside equipment dealer.

Restricted items or licenses should be removed if you launch to space. Should. Although i tested this it could still be possible to bypass this - but actually i am not sure yet how
The transfer in space is still possible with even restricted items, but as they are removed launching to space it shouldnt be much of a problem. Although i currently did implement a fix - so trading these items is also not possible. We will see when we are at the stage of hook testing if this was successful or needs further attention from me
