I grew up here on Mega Hits "copies" of Sepultura, Kiss, Nazareth, ABBA, Erasure,..etc , sure, performed in russian by russian groups or singers! About 10 years ago we found out ALL OF THAT were just CopyJacks!

For example - the song by Madonna "Raven(s)" was performed for 2 months earlier in Russia by russian singer and she won the court -"changing 2 tacts of a (original copyrighted)melody gives a standalone another melody, not the same as original!" ...so think about who gets the PROFIT in Totalitary System!

Actually there is a lot that we - our dev team and in big parts OP himself have newly developed. Its ours - from scratch. Our work, our spare time, our ideas our concept. If you take it without permission then this is called stealing. And in this matter you break the international copyright - because you steal our work - not what Microsoft has released. And in fact it doesnt matter if your people are used to steal or not. Killing people on constant basis and claiming people are used to this makes it not legal - there are more example i could name.Accept that you have taken without asking, accepts its breaking the copyright, accept you also break the license agreement. Dont be so narrow-minded.

Only want to note that video above was added to you-tube 23. 9. 2015. and 7.6 version was released in 2014 (May or earlier). Video content from above can be quite old and possible outdated. You are mistaken, models are replaced, use a patcher located in the game's root category, named Searching updates.exe, it will update the mod to the last version where those models are replaced. And they are replaced for a long time, approx. after we were discussing this topic.
