Um, yes he can. Spiky is the active leader of BG on the server, and Custodian is their system. If he says you can't go in then that gives BG and their allies the right to remove you from Custodian by force if necessary.

And don't have a second tag with your [SR] one. your [R&T] staff is administrative stuff, you don't have to display on your names. Note that names cannot be changed on a char so if you give a position to someone and change it later, the char gets useless because it bears the R&T tag... Display it somewhere it can be easily changed like on the SWAT forum signatures or a forum thread

Not trying to start a fight here, but if one of their players has [SR] <playername> [R&T] , there isnt aything wrong with that provided the only one's using [R&T] are [SR] tagged members only. It's no different than a another clan member having {FA} , or {BS} and so forth behind their char name, designating what that ship/player is for. If the aforementioned were considered multiple tags, then we may aswell have half the server remake chars.

Note and keyphrase: ONLY [SR] tagged members, who have [SR] in front of their name.

The multiple tag issue was brought about when other clans / freelancers were wearing the same secondary tag after their name, ie: BG_Spiky[cpc] , /CoP\Bond[cpc], gunny[cpc] etc.

Gunny would be right IF theese tags had no (unofficial) clan status and no rights at all, neither a rep board, as each one has a different RP and different reputation with clans and both assuming clan rights.

So it seems the same player is creating 3 clans ? Well 2 are "announced" but in his list there was a third new one.

While cpc has no clan rights and mean nothing but a team (united) , 2 (or 3) clan tags and even clans with different RP can't be used nor commanded at once.
As a clan member can't use more than 1 RP license on all their ships, 2 different allowed RPs and official clans with rules and clans rights is totally against the server rules.

The coincidence with the clan names (like GR) and timing with cpc are tremendous O.o

Different tags within same clan only work if they are Secondary tags, not primary like here, "clan wings" have no different reputation with other clans neither different RP license, neither own rules.
As a SR when having T&R are fine with ASF/CSF or LSF, etc and when using SR he (the same player) are hostile ? Too much of a mess.

OP did state that he is not in favor of multiple tags. That means any addons beside the official clan tag should be avoided. If we all did this mistake must not mean that we it was correct in the past
And honestly it doesn't make any difference to have a 2nd tag. Either you are known then everyone should know what clan, faction, role you have. Or you are not known - then a 2nd, 3rd tag would be useless at all. And despite that - people will just prejudge you about your "position" than normally play with you and find out who you are...

As I posted in the very first reply on this thread, he got a PM already and even the word IMPORTANT should be understandable for him.

I explained him all of that already, but got no response yet regarding this.

In fact, he and his clan-mates will simply have to deal with the outcome. Ignoring is not such a good idea.
Its that simple.

Abras made good steps already, they need explanations how it is working at CF - the Reputation Table and additional informations shows that they follow a clan starting system from other Servers.
