All wrecks are empty

Yes, all actualyl work correctly, as there's nothing structural added from 1.81 to 1.82 excepting the levels structure change (mroe lvls, different ranges).... and there are few of theese issues as I see only at vanilla/lower class weapons arround vanilla places...

wrecks are working fine

Tryed today some wrecks in Hiruga, in Yakutsk last few days wanted to loot some codenames but wrecks dont drop any loot, i doubt what someone came to hiruga and loot low level wreck after the server restart. Maybe some player conditions needed to loot em like have low level character or equipment mounted ?

yes they are still empty - but shoot some npcs and you will get the weapons too

Unfortunately, it is not. Today purposely waited a server restart, staying in the system Sol. But when i returned to Dublin system, the container with the disk was blank.
P.S.In the system of Alaska, too, was an empty container.After the restart none of the systems, no one came and online was only 2-3 players

there is absolutly no reason why looting wrecks should not work
ive not even done changes to them

There are some wreck mostly story related which content you can get only once for each char. Both wrecks you mentioned are store related

there were chars i am sure i wasnt there before with my char and they were empty too. Thats valid for vanilla wrecks same as cf added wrecks.
In opposite to this i am wondering why NPCs drop codename weapons - they have never done this before.

i can imagine why npcs drop those weapons but i cant see a reason why wrecks would refuse to drop something

Do you see an explosion near the wrecks when you get some of the hull down?

Yes, I know it. and I only had two datadisc (from Nephele system and system Omega-11)

i had a char in Altair and hunted the wrecks. They are all empty as well!

Well I have had the same problem since 1.82 started, I have never been able to get any wreck loot, no matter where it is or what time it is. I have been hitting the out of the way areas in Coalition territory and still no joy. So something must be screwy cause there was no one in these areas after it was suppose to reboot so to speak.

Idea: is possible that NPCs attack wrecks and taken loot? If is wreck content re-spawning after server restart OK, this is imho only one possible reason ... and I also found many not commonly located wrecks empty.

Although I am playing SP Campaign, I don't think NPCs are attacking the wrecks themselves in MP. A couple of times, I had found a wreck and there were Bounty Hunters all around me (Neutral to them at the time). I shot the wreck and tractored in what I could. A second later, I heard them tractoring in whatever was left over. The only other possibility I can think of is if there were a lot of skirmishes in that area. If an errant laser blast (or gigantic flak explosion) hit the wreck, and the loot spilled out, then the NPCs would definitely grab the loot. Do skirmishes occur near those "not commonly located wrecks?" If not, I doubt that NPCs are the culprit.

I too have received nothing from the wrecks since new release.NPC's do not pick wrecks they never have in freelancer anywhere.
