This seemingly unimportant System is used as a source of red energy crystals which are used by special equipment; for example a cloaking device. It seems, that the importance of this place was also found during the time of the First_GMG_Expedition (see lore articles below) leading into the Inner Core. But how a human ship was able to pass through all the previous Systems with their dense Dom'Kavash defenses, in times when they were hostile to us, remains a mystery.
