if the server crashes or my pc crashes i lose my whole account and everything accomplished to date
It works a little differently. You only lose your account if something serious happens to your PC (e.g. a Windows reinstall).
is there a way i can still completely backup my account and account details
If you still have your account, here's this thingy:

Hi, there is a file inside the FL exe folder called myflaccountid just click it and it will show ya account key. If dont have a printer like me can write it down or save the number to a flash drive or whatever else. If ya ever crash ya system or whatever that key is all ya need to get ya chars back.
