Ahoy fellow pilots.

I am sure you can help me with this request, even the very beginners can. I need an information on how many system you may pass within 1 hour. The fastest possible way and eventually using tradelanes etc. so the default way. Please dont cheat the time table.
I need serious information. Please also consider system in Altair, Canis and all other sectors. They are relevant and could lower beta testing phase (not that we are at this stage yet - just a preparation from my side ;D)

You can use the time command to store the information inside a screenshot. And please consider paths of different systems, not that you go from Arena to X3043 and back to Arena. I need how many systems you passed and how long you took (rough timeline to finish is one hour!).
I will think of an reward for each contributed value information.

i stopped time for different routes while "Big Race" events, which i also wrote in details. maybe it helps a little bit.

Hello,
the latest one I checked was Ainu Depot (Hokkaido) to Freistadt Base (Omega-7), it takes an average of 15 minutes when the following route is used:
Hokkaido -> Chugoku -> Sigma-13 -> New Berlin -> Stuttgart -> Omega-7.

These are systems of different sizes, so the result can be scaled without losing generality. 4 times of that make 6*4=24 systems per hour, but the way to bases in Hokkaido and Omega-7 is roughly half a system, so these two must be counted as one. This way it is 20 systems per hour, which should be valid at least for vanilla FL systems.

I will perform direct measurements to confirm this result.

Done! 25 Sirius systems in 1 hour That was quite a journey.
I tried to travel in equal proportion through both TLs and open space, also both nearest and farthest jump holes/gates were chosen in different systems.

Fast dock was used wherever possible; no interference by NPCs was attempted (my ship has neutral rep with everyone).

who passes most systems per hour?

event lasts for 2 weeks.

winner gets 100 mill

in case that more players have same count of systems, the first one who posts his route here gets all (or the prize will be divided equally).

in last Big Race event Martind Forlon passed 15 systems in 32 min. means should be possible to beat Wanderers count of 25 systems

Canis Sector = 32 systems per hour
Since the sector is very small I thought it would be enough to fly in circles for 30 minutes and multiply the result by 2.

Please find the screenshots attached below... The 2nd one was taken right after the jump but a few milliseconds after sector/system name had disappeared - I didn't manage to press the button in time.

To denne: my "score" is not hard to beat, I was trying to get an average result as if someone was flying randomly through Sirius. Not always the shortest way was chosen.
If you want the best systems per time score, just keep using the closest jumphole/jumpgate in every new system

Altair Sector (Coalition Space) = 21 systems per hour.

[/expander]I excluded remote systems like Kalinin or Guangdong, as well as DK territory, so in real conditions the count can be times lower.

The system count/ hour totally depends on the systems more than your reaction speed
