Some good reasons for and against the closure of PvP in X has been discussed, and aI appreciate it.
Maybe due to the discussion, no action needs to be taken but everyone just make a point of exploring and using the thest of the universe as well, and not just X ..

because people don't know about the CF universe. Props to SA for making weekly trips to Inner Core. i was nearly jizzing myself when i went to Utopia, Dervon and Inner Core...
Rex, RP is not solely what you described. i'm sitting in X right now, too ashamed to to start anything...mainly because the Horses are on..

@Pui de Zmeu , If you haven't noticed , some of us are busy in RL and have no time to play. I have been away from the server for months due to my exams mostly and I have 3 of them coming in few days. If I had no interest in CF , I wouldn't be checking the forum every single day. If you rid me off my math exam , you might see me earlier again in CF though.
Anyway , it seems the people prefer to fight these days rather to do RP. If you organize fun stuffs, such as events mostly(and maybe add some new ones) , if the trade is back up again and anything at all that can attrack pirates,cops etc. , it might work.

Well. You got a point. Today in X it was fun. Paranoid (YAY HE IS BACK) was pirating cops. Cops were running, he puts bounty on, they put on him. I kill them all, then go for another one. He runs in Arena, i catch him there and kill him (he knew what he was facing), then some Arena training with Lonewolf (Dude, epic :D, is the KoS off?
). Then again back to X with alot of pods venturing around. All in all, some do RP, some don't. Horses pew arses, everyone knows. That's it.
But we should limit the useless PvP that is happening infront of Crossfire (planet) almost every day for 2-3 hours. -
Just for the records - if you want that there is RP in X report a GR. If there is no GR then cry for a GR but dont confuse the topic and at least dont demand any rule changes. Because thats the least option that will be considered.
Its the GRs job to deal with this kind of request! -

All please use your fantasy/brains to create RP which fits to your role.
you dont have to tell us that... the most forum-crossfireriors(?!) know how to and what to do in RP, but it's the unwilling or the ignorance of some people which leads to this point now. hope this changes asap.
also there MUST be more activity of ALL known clans, but that's nothing really new, eh. -
Hmm... if a GR messes to stop an useless non RP fight in front of planet Crossfire, they would all go against him. hmm, not a bad thing after all, they may listen sooner or later, but how should the GR send them to do RP ? Sending the pirates to do a blockade in some system, first they don't have to be "forced" for it, they have to agree with it, and 2nd it'd still be quite the same fight, just that it'd be in another system... but at least it would have a RP story that could be posted on here. The RP sections are a bit dusty.
So, any suggestions on this topic ? (of improving RP, related with GRs)

but that aint bring any RP, just massive flame wars and/or leaves of people from the server, because they might get frustrated or bored or whatever shitty reason they have...
they need to learn how to correctly do RP and not by KoS's ... but if people refuse to do RP they might leave the server and release us from their immature crap. -

Again, 3 rats sitting in X only attacking each other rather than out looking for traders & freelancers. Actually it's 4, if you count the pilot who always sits in the arena, until two of the three pirates log in. This is another reason why CF is failing. I refuse to accept the notion or the excuse that due to the age of the game, our population is low. It's because of the lack of gameplay by the majority of pilots online. We will not be able to attract people unless we have "action" and action is not defined by sitting in X or the Arena.

maybe if police will ignore X completelly, then pirates will search for fights/tax on another place too. I fear there is not an easy solution for this, however in last time returning pirates shoved their activity around all Sirius. Change ppl thinking can't be done overnight, imo we need more examples how to have fun and raise ppl knowledge about this.
just now reminds me one 'old' modification: 1 mil for kill in PvP ... this was interesting (but imo it was too hard for new ppl).

The police do ignore X. But those pirates still sit there and we all know who they are. No matter, I just had a CFPD member leave for Disco since there isn't any gameplay here.
