Hey OP, quick Q&A - will you allow Event Managers to have universe-wide chat ability (shouting, or whatever you called it) in 1.82? Or, like, now?
Pretty please? We promise to behave and everything.
I just remembered this, and how hard it is to organize events in-game when people have to be asked individually, and takes ages.

well yeah - somebody constantly crashed the server coz he didnt restart
but i dont know who it was
now everything seems to be running fine -
Just in case, hope whiskeybent, aka lucky kentuky have read about restarting the game after a crash

I don't know how complicate my proposal can be, but pls read...I thinking about mounting some equipment at ships of class 9 and lower, cos some ppl like to fly in those ships (me 2..and in the first place i think that this can be very interesting for newcomers) and would be very interesting to be able to mount some additional equipment at, like it is:
1.power gen
2.weight reduce (for those who like it)
3. adv. hull or so...(sorry i forget the name)
4...and so onfor example:
power gen class V for all ships of class 5 or 6...or so
weight reduce...
etcAs i know at this point you can mount this equipment only at ships with lvl 10 guns. (my apologize if this is outdated issue cos i didn't try to mount any equipment at those "low-class" ships, after this last updates)

tradelane emitter thingy is shifted in hyperion. first gate from planet sylvin -> dublin, Edinburgh -> Planet Leeds as well, New York too (seems every tradelane)
Experienced that the effect of some of the DKs gates is also shifted and not centered. --> i know i need to search the gates - but ptobably one of the guys hanging around there can verify this?!

FL never was supposted to have more than 1 tradelane type
in CF we have 4
all 4 with different hardpoint positionssince FL is supposed to have just 1 tradelane for some reason it stores the position of the effect hardpoint in memory and renders all other tradelanes with the stored value (which has a wrong position towards the other TLs)
only possible fix: restart FL to flush the memory -
I don't think it was whiskeybent that did that. And Me Seqen and Vemhak, Have realised that the server kept crashing when we were using the tradelanes in Cambridge. I'm not sure if it was a cowisidens (That's spelt wrong but you know what I mean) But when I went out of cambridge everything was ok........ Just something to think about. Hope this is the right place to place this too

38 of the starspheres that come with cf1.8 got reworked, improved, fixed
all of them are high-res now.... the remaining ones that came with 1.8 are looking perfect and dont require any changesduring the next few days ill check all remaining vanilla starspheres and see if they require improvements
as usual ive kept the original style of the system (yellow nebula remains yellow, green remains green,... ) ive just increased the details -
the day before yesterday i spend around one hour in Sovetskaya just to have a look from different positions - great work so far. Since i know a few Mods i have to say CF 1.81 is pretty beautifull!

especially the nebulas. Havent seen something beautiful anywhere else.

well the new starspheres have not released yet as they are part of the official mod release
it will be a full download of the mod again (like i already said)
even if i would release just an update version it would be more than 600mb big
