Planet Primus

If you thought it could get no more curios -- but this planet is populated by apes and monkeys, SPEAKING MONKEYS ! No really ... they do. It seems obviuos that somebody is trying to fool us. As The Order claims responsibility for the whole system due to to be charted space anomalies and massive nomads appearance, is has to questioned, what they know : were these apes there before discovery, are they part of infamous trans-genetic experiments, are these apes and monkeys running loose? At least they run the planet even though any kind of especially technological trade and transfer is heavily restricted.
