Open letter to EPSILON clan

So what you are telling me here is that EPSILON_FANOS does speak english and was BSing me the whole time I was chasing him out of Deadalus? BTW, he did continually use Bots/Bats and was able to get out the gate before I could kill him. Maybe he didn't know the rules yet (or apperently ALL EPSILON didn't) From my point of view Fanos owes me 3 mil in back taxes. Feel free to contact me ingame to provide payment of said back taxes.

When did he go in to Daedalus? Was that after me and Saxon hunted him or before?

After hours of investigation we had all the nicks from used shrouds by epsilon. And even the switching cowardness Many thx to Woodoo, Iceman and Gonzo for the help in investigtion.

Nice to have the permission to attack them now :D, this will become more interesting as locking ny and waiting until we are to old for a reaction (but maybe they are dying before us ).

We have had one pilot per Gate - they are waiting with about 6 pilots on Manhatten for equipment - hehe... We must have been a scary band of bloody fighters for them!

clan rent these system... they set up rules for them... and NOBODY has the right to break these rules

Please clarify something for me.
Lets say that I intentionally go into a certain clan system and I break one of the clans rules (as I have already done). Does this particular instance of rule breaking include with it some or other consequences in accordance with CF Admin and SP?
I am under the impression that this instance of rule breaking is part of RP. In RP, the pirates break the rules, they act in manners that go against the set laws, and it is the job of the police to stop them. The fact that we may break a certain clans rules a pirates is all part of RP, whether they pay for the system or not. If a clan that has paid for a system wants to keep for its clan members only, then the JG's going to the system should be locked to all other players.
If I am in someway mistaken, please correct me because the way that I understand it is that this is ALL PART OF RP.

[1] If the "EPSILON clan" in a war is. With the CFPD or BG I will position myself and other of the CLAN on seite of the "EPSILON clan". sometimes only, so besides, said.

Going into someone elses clan system is a tricky business and some people are really sensitive about it - and it can lead to bad feeling and some serious conseq for all involved.

Best bet is not to do it all, or wait until you know the opposite faction well enough to assure them ur intentions were just roleplay.

Going in as complete strangers means you just dont have the credibility to assure them your intentions are roleplay only and not a sign of dis respect.

However, you have done well to explain ur actions on this forum so hopefully BG and CFPD wont take their actions too far, already I see EPSILON clan keeping them busy - which as you say you expected.

In my 4 months as LP, I have only seen 1 DC and 1 UAC enter Daedulus without permiss. One of them said they got lost (lol) and the other went in to buy a ship without permission.

So, in summary, it dont happen a lot.

clan systems are rent by clans to ensure being part of the server community... the roleplay... for doing training without being disturbed... for everything clan related that should stay private

there is a good reason for not locking those systems just for clans
well there are more than just 1 reason
- clans usually give permissions if they guy who is requesting it has proven friendly
- clans usually give permissions to new players under a definied lvl
- clans give permissions to allied clans aswell if requested
- and clans give permissions if there is really the need to give it due to special circumstances

to enter a clan system will not get you banned... but the serverclans (and in this case they work together) will start kicking the shit out of the intruder until he does learn not to enter clan systems
if you enter a clan system and attack clan members there or members of allied clans it is considered a war declaration (and wars did lead in the past to heavy damages on those intruding clans or their total destruction)
Its like in real life... if one country would invade another and start killing ppl there (the invasion is enough) then for sure it would end up in a full war until one country is no more
Clan systems are totally excluded from ALL RP except the leaders have an agreement (such as the agreement that i had with privy about custodian whisky raids)
