Hi all
I am new to CF. So far most of you have been very kind to include me in some of the events, and I am looking forward to more of those. So please let me know when and where 
Right now I am doing a lot of reading in the Wiki. I have upload my character biography and I am trying to get familiarised with the portal.
Tips and good tricks are always welcome 
I hope to see a lot of you in space (not so much if you are a pirate)

about events: because of my RL-issues in the next 2 weeks i will stage events late in the evening after 21:00 servertime. i cannot tell u when exactly will be the next (i planned for today, but server is still down

yes, this is one way. Another one is not so precise but can be very helpful -> use command /frags -s and see stats. These with big amount of pvps are usually pirates. Another way is check who is in X, they spent there most of time. And only pirates (using proper license) can ask tax. If you see he have another one you can remind him about this, if he not care, then is easier way for you use ticket-system and post report. Server Police [GR] will take care about this.
