Yes, RP type ships would be efficient, the copper ones that look clean, lighted up, white or blue-ish, and the pirate one red-ish, overused (with some detailed oxid on it and such)... pretty much like the ASF and CSF ships, they are exactly this way. The thing is that managing who uses what ship is too much time consuming (for OP, as he's the only one who could freely touch player's characters/accounts). But I think that the same way how the Smuggler license allows the player to dock and undock stations with BMGs in cargo, it could also allow the player to buy dock with certain station... dunno...

well the way i am thinking about it, much like you said with the smugglers license, make it licence to buy or something like that, would be A. Easier to Moderate between OP and GR's, and players as well. What i dont know is, if this is even possible, and if so, how time consuming would it be to do so. Like i said to OP, i have minor minor coding experience, but would help wherever need be

Do you have coding experience or modding experience, like changing the ini files would be modding, coding is like unpacking the flhook and changing the structure of how commands are dealt with (what Huor does).

never screwed much with stuff like flhook, i can mod a bit, but would need help with either or
