Omicron Beta

Omicron Beta is controlled by the Outcasts. They expanded here from the Omicron Alpha System and had built here their forward operating base called Ruiz. This System is rich in Alien Organisms, especially close to the Planet Elysium. The Outcasts allow access to independent miners for a fee, plus paying a hefty bribe for the privilege. Any unprepared vessel for heavy combat, and gets caught in this unauthorised area, will face the death sentence. Outcasts have proved their lethal force several time in the past and there is no sign that this will change in the near future.
