I have been visiting some bases, and found that were 3 different torpedo ammos, but cant find launchers anywhere! It would be greatly appreciated if someone told me why this is.
Maybe clan accessories along with a bunch of other stuff? 
Star-streaker, Ninja star torpedo, miscellaneous... :P

Bombers and Battleships/Dreadnoughts use different torpedoes and have launchers build-in. You can't buy them. Next to this there will be possible create some new torp launchers on clan base (once base upgraded high enough)

the clans are still not at the point where they can manufacture these torpedos and all the other new equipment
