NO BANS!! I HATE BANS!! THIS IS NOT a IDEA! This Mod must be played, because GREAT Work from SWAT-Team / Modder Operator! Need more players.. not bans!! Cool-Down is not = Ban !! 
Prison is like a Prison. Player can fly there.. shoot.. but he is allone (unless there are more of this "crashed" players 
) and cant get out. He is out of game / RP

Let's say a guy can get so bored or used with something but not bored, after passing the lvl of flaming or cursing, and the one of bandoning, would start creating... RP or a new mod, but creating

Yep, I had cops trying to stop me from trading BMG for the first time in at least 3 months 2 days ago. This is great.

It was a very strange day in Casius, wasn't it. Let me summarize what transpired there yesterday:
Fact #1: There was a very good trade route in Casius
Fact #2: There were a LOT of folks there taking advantage of the route.
Fact #3: I do not trade often so I had no clue what commodity was being traded.
Fact #4: Many people did not even ask permission to enter. Those who did ask, said they were going to TRADE.
Fact #5: [CFPD]Michael contacted me and informed me they were not TRADING. They were, in fact, SMUGGLING.
Fact #6: This means all those who asked permission to enter Casius, did so UNDER FALSE PRETENSES. If they had asked for permission to enter Casius for the "purpose of smuggling black market goods", the answer would have been a resounding "NO". This loophole will be closed from now on. Those entering Casius will have to specify what commodity they are going to "trade".
Fact #7: I then gave [CFPD]Michael the go ahead to inforce the law, which he did with much gusto. SA Timmy was blown up many, many times.
Fact #8: After the cops blew up SA Timmy about 20 times, I considered this "police brutality". The pirate/smugglers had placed a bounty on [CFPD] and PX clan requested permission to enter Casius to collect this bounty. I agreed.
Fact #9: For yesterday only, I decided to grant access to any and all who asked permission...but explained it was "Enter at own risk". Casius is now back to normal.
Some of the "traders" got a little mad that I let [CFPD] into the system to enforce the law. Casius system rules clearly state that [CFPD] has full access to Casius for the purpose of patrol, system defense and law enforcement. If you ask permission to "trade" but get caught "smuggling", you will face the consequences.

Nice, but you missed some points:
1 SA_TIMMY was in a fighter, and we were training, as he paid the fine for smuggling 
The other smugglers paid too, except 2 who tried to evade and got killed, one of them paid later.
So 1 remaining smuggler left.
That 'smuggler' then decided for no reason to break RP rules, place infinite KOS on CFPD on everyone who enters Tarsus (usually people who CFPD help, SA, UR, other CFPDs and some freelancers), police, and so, except Server Police ofc, and that danger getting eliminated, for some hours. He got killed double than he killed, but still wanted to keep in it... eventually I had to go sleep. The next day the same, today, the same story, the mad smuggler still in Tarsus, now trying to get my stores, but in a poor try. Then that smuggler switches to another fighter (leaving that oen in banned territory for him) and starts killing everyone outside without warn, first an UR, etc. Other CFPDs already started ignoring him, and even abandoned for a while.
That prison project should be a try

What a lie. None was even try to atack your poor stores and you wasnt in 'other' system to see what going there. And fighter was left in tarsus to not interfeare with GR who started to investigate some breach of server rules. But nice try anyway 
I have 4 witnesses , 2 of them was in Tarsus with my store as I was giving them something.... and you came in middle. Also, want a screenshots spamm on the forums ? You know that I have them, as you even had one by PM way before, showing your idea about me not allowed to "touch" you as you said with your words, are fake. And they don't lie.

As well as your threats that you have all time, and that "this won't stop", which we will see soon. In a way or another it will stop. Being bored is not an excuse to destroy the activity of others, as written in the big server rules table at NY.
Also you just shown who was the 'smuggler' as I pointed to noone. 
Closest distance to your store was 3.8k, very good distance to attack with superweapons. And no need to start pointing on server rules, none of them was broken. So stop this crap and start play game.

Have fun in destroying CFPD, again.... as you saw we had recruits getting even better in PvPs and active... eventually you will see the consequences, harder. Now Vor already taken one week vacation from CF, at least as he's planning.

Others like Spiky are ok with fighting with you all their time, as they don't spend much time on CF, even I see Spiky logged out pretty fast right now, but I can't stay and duel you for 10 hours each day, like the 3 hours the first day of your boreness.

You know it well, because there's mainly only 1 side concerned about it, the victim, and the other not, ignoring PMs. Until it's public there is no talk, and well IOC posted the first thing related as he got complains for using his rights in his own system.

Meanwhile I'll take as serious as the problem is when somebody try to destroy a clan because I dared to fine him(ofc I will do it again when I find him smuggling), just cus he can kill most of them, well I can do the same with him (about killing, cus invading his system... I'd just staying in middle of nowhere, while Tarsus is the most visited clan system with or after Custodian) just that I have other stuff to do than staying in 1 vs 1 vs Pic all the time in Tarsus, as he have nothing better to do, but I also have to protect mines.

Common - cant be your seriousness - Pic destroying CFPD? As far as i remember there is one tiny fact that you eventually might oversee. Pic is a pirate and not supposed to be friendly to you, your clanmates and to no one in particular. If he's in your clan system might be your problem as that is not GRs role (to defend clan systems).
I know that clan systems are sensitive topic. If you feel hurt there you can kick him out, cant you? If not forward the issue to OP and please him to send him to NY

Picard understood some THINGS wrong. He talk to me in game, he do it (camping in Tarsus), because, Michael killd him in Casius, although he got permission to invite Casius.
1. Picard did smugling there. Thats why attackd by Michael. (not System defense)
2. Picard grasping this act to personal / private, and do now to act OUT OF RP!!
My Suggestion about Prison is, because, in such moments, can send this player there, for cooling down. I am AGAINST BANS!! Dont understand me wrong. But if such player make more and more stress.. and every time, if i log in, must fight him in my Clan system..? Than sometime coming ban, because he dont want play RP and destroy RP from other players.
Bans make bad mood on server. Bans are for Cheaters.. not for some borred or wrong understood RP-Players. Prison is perfect for such moments.
And please stop this (crazy) forum RP. I got short free time, midday-pause. All time here for read and write. Damn. Now again back to the Work.
