    Well, after my last post, I took note of the positive replys and decided to continue playing.


    Im just putting in the hours when I can and hope to get my first Char finished sooner rather that laterDamn Pirates picking on me.they wont get a pennyLOLAfter all Im Captain Scarlet, for those who are old enough to remember, Im indestructibleNot my ship I might add.just me.So kill me and Ill just keep returning.. I shouldnt have said that should I?....Catch me if you can.


    I had a laugh the other day, An LP member was asking me for credits while I was on a planet, I said no, he said he was going to kill me, Can the PPCS really blow up a PlanetLOL wait till Ive got my Char finished, I may start taxing YOU Mr pirate
    I guess Ill have to watch my back nowLOL


    Anyhow, I am new, so a few Questions?


    1. I noticed on the Forum that a few clans have left or are leaving, so could an update be posted, I am not sure if Nephelle is still owned, V.I.S I think, but I have not seen any info Are they still here?


    2. If anyone is looking to recruit a new clan member, let me know, Like people said in there replys to my first post, to make changes, I need to be more active in the gameSo I offer my servicesBUT No Pirates please.


    3. I would like to know what your clan stands for, Your M.O. so to speak. I am new here this time around but have been here before. Im of the older generation, so I like to think I have a more mature outlook and have played FL for, well seems like ages. I have more spare time on my hands now so I can put in the hours were needed. With a little more practice I should get up to speed and I believe I can be and asset to the right clan.

    my RP chars (too many of them!) are {UAC}Dopp......., {UAC}Natotrader, {UAC}Cerberus and {UAC}Sidewinder_Fang. Give me a shout anytime you see me online, im the head of UAC (Union Aerospace Corporation). we are primarily a trader/smuggling clan with no morality whatsoever so we venture into merc work if required. never scared of a good fight even tho we refuse to fire the first shot, but we usually fire the last! :D
    We are allways looking for promising recruits with a mature outlook on life in Crossfire. morals, without morality as far as making money is concerned; good trading ability and the ability to fly a train properly!! also ppl who can handle themselves in a pvp and battle scenario.

    I'm going to be honest. The Shadow Lancers desperately need new people. We are the mercenaries on this server. Our roleplay is really simple: Do anything that gets paid. This is our forum.     Inferno, I understand your worries, but we can't do DC job for them, recruiting is not a job to be taked lightly in any way.


    Clans are the menbers, if the number of menbers is important, the qualitys of them are even more important.


    and UAC is in need of menbers as well.

    My clan also needs members desperately. The other clans can get members rather easily but my clan needs special type of people. :D8) :] :)


    My Clan's name is IDEAL FOOD CORPORATION. I also did not understand as to why Inferno is speaking for DC clan. I think even LP needs members :P

    well, the longer i'm here, the better i understand OP worries.
    to many new clans, old clans have problems .........
    life sucks, i know, but we should try to keep the old ones running.


    the problem is next:
    - OP could need more money (from new clans rnting the systems) cuz it helps im to cover the expences (some of them)
    - by creating those new clans, old ones are dying, and we return to the problem up there.


    why cant we try to make following things:
    we should have 8 official clans:
    every clan can pick up their RP (OP said he will create few new RP's for us like explorers,edit: maybe "knights" which will help everyone in need, like for supercars new clan)where new players can choose the wanted RP in the clan that is already on the server, and not creating new one.


    after we manage to keep the old (new) clans running, we could start considering creating / letting the new clans appearing.


    supercars: well, yeah, every clan needs new players, new members, but it REALLY sucks when you see old players going away cuz they are to said after what happened with their clans. (well, many also go cuz they suck, but tahts their problem).
    this whole community is, almost, based on created on friendships, knowing each other, getting better together. and when you see that someone is in problems, you will try to help him if you can.


    as i said, all clans could need more players, but tis better to have 6-7 regular players for which you know they wont leave you and which are loyal to you/your clan then to have 20 players which will go in 1 month after they get bored around here (and thats the situation of al new clans, i know it from ym personal experience)


    so, thats what i think about all of this .....

    I will sum this up for all of you, in a simple way.


    Inferno understands the loyalty and dedication for us old timers to contiually assist the old server clans. When one is falling, it is our job out of friendships and honor to assist the other to rebuild.


    How can you have a community if all are not willing to help the one?


    If the clan does not want the help, then that clan can say so, but until then, there is honor among us veterans.
