Some questions about the game

1. Shields are weaker or stronger against certain types of weapons. But how big is the difference? Is it something small like a 15-25% resistance/vulnerability or higher?

2. Where can you find the Thanatos VHF? On the site it doesn't tell you where to buy it.

3. Some missile ammunitions (not the launcher itself) cannot be bought from every base. Raptor missiles for example. I could only find them on Coalition bases. They're pretty fun to use. Is this a bug or intentional?

Is there any way to find out where to buy that ship? I mean it's seems to be extremely good for PVE because it has 2 torpedoes,105 bots and batteries and the description also says that it's a fast ship.
