Bugs, misspells, logical errors in Crossfire mod 1.82

every npc can distrupt Battleship engines+ the shaking is pretty awful when the BS takes hits.

The visibility of the huge alien ships should be improved. The big DK and new Alien Races Ships appear and disappear spontaneously. I assume it might have something to do with missing LOD ranges?!

+ dk battleship probs are purely related to the size of those ships
normal fighters spawn in the same but since they are small it looks normal

Gotta echo this when I was scouting hostile Doms while working on the Xeno Guide, the Dom'Nepesh mothership is really bad about that...

It's really strange, it's like I can see them "drop out of warp" out in front of me! LOL! All of them do that too, not just the cap ships but the fighters too. I will see like a number of "contrails" from their engines in a split second and then, POP! There they are... (and most of the time with the cap ships I'm like OHHHH SHIII.... *scrambles* )

i can let ships spawn far away... raising the distance at which they are created
but that would be done for all ships then... and it would increase the lag while you barely see NPCs flying around coz they are too far away to notice them

these battleships are simply too big (one of the many reasons why Digital Anvil never introduced flyable battleships or spawn battleships)

About the big alien BS, it's true.... even they actualyl spawn at 1 K far, their center is tehre, but you see their main tentacles (or whatever) right in front of you, and his cruisers arround There is some issue about it... but well.... more suprises, mroe FUN !

I buy the "Chimera" fighter in Helios system. When i go to start my CF crashed and now CF crashed if i load the char.

normal rendering range is about 2,5 k as far as i have read - and several meshes could solve this problem. Dunno at least i understood it so far. But i would trust more on OPs word. If he says its not feasible and would cause heavily lag than i can life without it as well.

It should read "The wreck of the James Morrell."

Another bug I noticed was when I had a Swashbuckler freighter. When I tried to dock on some bases, it just kept floating around and never completed.

when i try to buy a new ship example Pherspone and thantos and 10-20 more ships maby more it wont let me trasfer back the top 3 things on the list "power-generator MK V on top then the adw-subspace scanner as secound and the heavy tractor beem as third" when i select transfer the Power-generator to my ship it trasfer the 4.th item on the list and on but when i transfer my Armor to the ship dealer i can take back all the things on his side of the list the list. WTF is that abbout ~?~

Try to change ur equipment transfer window icon at ur new ship

Ok why does my ship say cant lunch without a powerplant when i remove the powergenerator mkV its retarded.
