  • Few points which imo should be followed if you guys wants to improve the role play:


    1. I would suggest that there MUST be a rule to make ID more usefull. That means that for example players over lvl (xy) MUST wear a ID. Those who doesn't can be hunted by every player until they got a ID !!


    2. Those who are getting enemy (red) to other players, because of wearing the ID should (not must) been attack!!


    3. Belonging to a faction means flying the ships of the faction and not others


    4. Clan system should be in the same area which the clan belongs to!


    etc.

  • Just a note, people that do not have license are still part of the RP it's just that they are freelancers. They can be taxed, they can be fined if they are committing illegal act.


    And for the limiting ships to factions and region, it's not feasible right now I think because of the uneven distribution of top ships in CF.

  • Ye, for a better RP we need more players... still there's nice RP atm... sometimes when sombody experienced and devil/angel arrives :D

    I know that with Freelancer thingy but you would grow the role play in that way and it is not
    something new/revolutionary....has been proven before many times. That rule helps to bring/more role play in that way imo.


    I know that is not easy with ship thingy but possible. I don't need to fly the best ship , at least not with one of my char.....but anyway its a suggest...I just want the people think about the points. I got much more ideas but its enough for now ;)

  • Indeed it would help if coppers have a bad rep with pirate or unlawful factions and vice verse. Clan systems cannot be in the area of the clan because clans do not have a mandatory relation to factions of freelancer.
    And having no ID means license you are free to attack anyway - as freelancer you are not out of RP :)


    It would be nice tho if the players could do RP by hunting each other, do some blockades for trade routes (which should be easy as long the dynamic universe is inactive)...
    It was so easy in former times - just cant grasp why now its different. You all did it in the past - you now have to do it again ;)

    I cannot agree more with this. Trade is the foundation of RP, it gives both cops and pirates something to do...

  • Nice idea about ID, but do not forget the BIG EVENT- ASF vs CSF, being neutral with most of the faction is the must for successful ASF-CSF RP...I remember the time (my very first steps here) when i wasn't able to dock (to reload) during event.
    This make me very frustrated.
    Imagine, for one load u must go to the far base or even to change the system, and all this in the middle of the fight.
