A Clan worse than mine. I haven't been paying attention.

Well, im 40 years young in RL (if you talk to me just say 36 D) some things i´ve learned for myself.

1. Trust your own experiences when you have some.
2. If you don´t have experiences trust the wise Voices.

Well, in one position i havn´t got any experiences, so i trust the wise voices and they was right, as my previous speaker affirmed many times now...

This time i have experiences and even have read some stories, so my own experiences are what i have to trust...

And i do it[SIZE=4].[/SIZE]

Some of these replys confuse me, i can fully understand what OP is saying he has given these guys several attempts of prooving themselves as productive for server i can fully understand why he doesnt want to try it again, We all remember the Gay clan and we all said no to there rtn because we knew and witnessed what happened the difference here is most of us dont know R39 and what they did but we have to trust those that did, I fully back OP's decision whatever it may be.

I have to say even after all the shit we did , OP still was up for giving us more chances.

Whatever R39 did must have been worse than us. We only called you names and flouted the laws. We could never recruit anyone as we were so hated.

I've also goto say OP knows his stuff , likes a laugh and joke and unlike some or most of you, he doesn't take this "game" tooo seriously.

there are far more players in cland who have experience in fights, etc, then whole R39 ..
if they start making trouble = time to clean the playground
and anyway, there is always someone stronger then you .. then me, then gunny .. (you get it )

and as for that psihology game - if anyone tries that, i hope that ppl on this community are smart enough to see if they are being bitched or not ...

In my opinion it would be a good idea to have them here. Where nearly the half of them stay here and wasn´t banned after the clan left the server.

To compare those guys with GC is much to far i guess. For those who don´t know about the situation in the past i suggest what Kwitz said - read the posts.

I don´t know wether R39 likes to come back here (because i never saw their leader who was asking to come back or a member who did it) or not. Atm i see some old CF players which are maybe looking for a new home not more and not less...

Could someone in private tell me their names. I would rally like to talk with them. It's not considering requitment or anything related with them. I am looking for a person who they could have a contact with him. So tell me their char's name so i can speak with some of them. 10x in addition.

The core question appears to me whether we are prepared to cope with an all-out terrorist clan. By definition, they will violate many "conventions" that we have accepted as the norm (such as the sanctity of clan systems), and raise general havoc on the server, by force. The more serious problems of the past have much to do with people running off at the mouth on the forum, creating animosity and division. We know who the R39 alumni are, and if they are going to form a new clan, and still comply with server rules, then their new clantag will make them obvious.

If they are going to abide by server rules, then we shall see how they will behave in-game, and whether people can handle this unconventional style. That they are back here is mute testimony to the fact that there is really no better place to have intense competition than the CF server! Mind you, I am not defending this group, and I am unsure how this might play out. An as unstable as the server has been in recent weeks, I don't see them as a huge problem. If it turns out that they routinely choose to violate server rules, then we have the same remedy so often employed in the past. [11]

@ Saxon.........That "r39" you just said was SP, is me.

I wanted to fight, so I did. For once I am enjoying myself in game, since a very long time.

That's right, I was smack talking, but thats nothing new and it was all clean and fun. And if 12 other people new it was me, you certainly did. "G" not really a secret.

And I am not in any clan at the moment nor will I be.

Here is the problem, many of you assume you know what is going on and quite frankly, you don't have a clue.

Shall I name the secret clan jumper in {LP}? No I won't, because he has added some SERIOUS rp to the server for {LP} clan and has done so with class and style. I gave him a chance to prove himself and he certainly did.....so no complaints from me.

Shall I remind you of the dozen others here, who are old members of CF clans, who were involved in both server wars? No I won't, because they are not making trouble and having FUN.

BTW Saxon, it was 4 {LP} vs. little ole' me and we were having a good time. When two others decided to join in, then BG Galactic joined the fun, the IOC came to collect a bounty on me....so all in all we had 12 to 14 players chasing a variety of people and..........HAVING FUN!!!

So what is the crying all about? Once again 99% of the people reading this thread don't know anything about the past and you really need to leave it there....in the past.

You want to take a chance and make this server the most popular again? Well start working for it and give me a hand instead of finding excuses why "players" should not be here.

As far as SP is concerned, well its not your concern. That's between me and Op. but allow me to refresh your memory a little. I was a FL SP before I made CFPD. I did my job honorably, within the rules, and with clear definition and that will never change.

I will Ban ANYONE who infringes upon the rules and all of you know it. As for the system invading issue, I made it quite clear to everyone last night, that it will not be tolerated by me or any SP. But remember that when I see some of you entering other clan systems without invitation, before I kick you from the server, Im going to remind you of this post.

And on a closing note: Don't you ever question my loyalty to this server or community. The poo poo that I put up with has driven me to leave CFPD so I can ENJOY myself again, since many of you cannot keep my SP and Clan duties separate, by taking out your anger on my former-clan because of a decision I made as SP.

As for the rest of you who are involved in this "bullshit", don't try and place a rift between me and Op with your comments. You want to know something about my changes, you come see me.

BTW since you don't like the merc license, Im going to exchange it with a Pirate license tonight.
