This is not true because some other players already said that someone is doing this (in X system) for about a week now, I didn't took their word for that and I got "served" to put it like that. The guy is either trolling with this or he really doesn't speak English like the rest say this is the case. However why does the whole server have to pay the price just because HE doesn't speak English is beyond me...
Anyways I will play around again in X system on purpose till he taxes me again, and if he kills me again after I pay him, I guess I'll make another thread... If nothing was done now. 
hi VEKI2, otherwise if it is harassing you, you need only ask for help to a player experiment (like dented, tanhrui, mercury,... brief which have a good level) 
Once can happen mistake, in fight or when is more chat buzzing around is possible overlook some system messages ... it's not excuse, but reason why it can happen. BT should be warned and if it will be not enough, there are more direct ways how to "tell" him that his approach is not ok.
If find it odd that the Tax is lower paid than the kill.
Numbers are low bcs people leave.
Suggestion: Go to Planet Crossfire and pick up a Police license (all 3 of you) and go /fine him. Or maybe just kill him (he will shoot back, i am sure 
).
Pirates and Police are KoS.
Edit: Or worse: Pick up a Pirate license and go /tax him

This is exactly what we thought! The thing is, they followed us in any system we went and killed us on sight...
I was in there when that happened. I was busy myself as seen in the screenshot. If I had known that he killed after tax then I could have helped. Looks like he waited till my group was out on a mission. veki, If he is harassing you let me know or look to see if a GR is online. As MF said once can be a mistake but if it happens again there will be action taken.

And BT is a very experiment player, So I think there must of been a mix up somehow, someway.

I agree DS. There were a lot of players in X3043 at that time. What I dont like the sound of is following around system to system and killing on sight. If veki2 has any more problems like that and he lets me know then I can take action. Catching BT in the act would be best
May i say WTF? I am in there that time, As MF said that is BT's Mistake but how about you - Veki? you and your friend killed BT without any RP ( ofc BT do AFK ) when you said some one break the rules and you know that is wrong then you do the same which is wrong. So stop say fucking words here
