actually someone discovered that in the T&C's by clicking agree you waive your right to a judge and jury if you were to be a plaintiff in a lawsuit with Niantic (they also created the game Ingress) and any issues that *could* be taken to court gets to resolved with an arbitrator

and it goes beyond waiving your right to a fair trial. I'm kind of not wanting to play anymore lol

better a sunburn than say falling off a cliff or getting hit by a car or getting shot and killed for trying to break into someones house to catch pokemon

If youre a privacy minded individual, don't play Pokemon GO. All your information (GPS Data, Name, Address etc) gets sent to third parties or is authorized to be given to third parties for marketing purposes when you accept the T&C

If Law enforcement requests it, Niantic will give it no questions asked

I mean, your smartphone broadcasts your location and other info regardless but again, if you don't want your local intelligence agencies spying on you anymore than they already do, don't play pokemon go

After learning this i have severely reduced the amount of time i spend playing the game.
