Cloaking 2.0

Interesting way of doing cloaking tbh. Using FLAC on my Genesis server, one way i implemented cloaking was to add a timer, so let's say the cloak is active for 30 seconds, the recharge time is then set for say 1 minute. During that time obviously you can't cloak. Also if you were in battle you couldn't cloak to escape either.

Works well in my mod. Nice to see another way of doing it

by the way, I only ever use cloak in IC to get away from aliens. In RP, I'm usually dead before it is activated.

Was told that crystals will be available on clan bases, so this can resolve few things. For RP ... think about cloak as about 'tactics' , not as 'last-moment rescue'. If you die prior is activated, you decided use it too late.

Last year...who fled through space with cloak enabled....through NewTokyo space....right from Narita outpost..???
