Sounds like a great event.
I think the idea to have the collection of items all over the CF systems is a great idea.
Means not just having knowledge of CF systems but the need to know where you can find all the items needed for event.
I would be willing to try this event, as soon as all my char are finished being set up.
Rules needed are the same as all the other event.

The sun's asteroid belt in Omega 11 has diamonds, hmm, another omega where hessians and corsairs battle constantly, has a lot of wrecks with different stuff in middle of the minefield, hmm, old memories O.o

This event sounds great, only people who actually enjoyed playing the game and doing stuff arround systems can finish this event

Those who run for the best ship, best route, go directly to where the item he wants is, and only think at money and not wasting time... know nothing about the game itself

Explanation/Scenario:
Event start in Arena.
Event Manager provides a task/quest for the event eg bring me: 5 nomad guns, 2 ancient guns, 5 gold, 5 artifact, 10 AOs etc
Rules: no killing and fair play.
Important rule: Have fun.
Players can form group (split prize) or find and collect alone.
This event requires excellent knowledge of Crossfire.
Duration of event 60 min or more?! Time limit? or not.
Extra rule: apply all good rule for other event (no char sw, no cheating etc)

Prizes:
1st: 30.000.000$
2nd: 20.000.000$
3rd: 10.000.000$
Other participants: 5.000.000$

Husker's prizes were reduced, it was too much

Could it be at 19:00 GMT or 21:00 GMT (server time) ? so it avoids my parent's arrival and dinner time.

So, as it's no killing and speed doesn't rlly matter, all ships are allowed ?
