Aside this is a cheap and pretentious Clan marketing under cover of helping newcomers, this is ridiculous and not by the rules.

That character is ancient, like from beginning of 1.8, when Daywalker introduced the idea of bringing back the Information characters each clan had before and in the early times of CF 1.7. It was (at the time) considered to be a very good idea (many people endorsed it), but no other clan (that we know of) made this type of character. A lot of time, effort and resources went into building it, and it has all the best intent behind it.
It's purpose is not clan promotion or violation of clan-tag rules, but it is meant to be used as a tool to help newbies with information (as it has every base and map in it), resources (as it has money), aid in getting to know and accustomed to the server enviroment.
That's why it's "camped" out in NY.
Everyone can help with any of their chars... that's what Bond, me, Abras and etc people do. But not directly since a new player comes at level 18 on the server. I noticed that spoiling players can get them get used to it and quit pretty fast for not getting what they expect anymore. Things get too hard to do for them on here...
I only help then a bit to get a better freighter and/or 2nd class fighter, like eagle or so, so they can start enjoying normally, not directly with high quality stuff.

Just because you don't know of this suggestion, doesn't mean it wasn't there. Nor would we need your permission or approval to go ahead with it. At the time, it was recognized as a good idea, to have an alternative to GR issued help.
At least don't mention Christ name for every trickery action u do guys.

I can confirm that CF_Information chars have been an Inter-Clan Agreement since CF 1.7. Every clan had those chars at the time it was confirmed. TRF had one too. Its purpose was to have a kind of char that newcomers might recognize if they start at the server. People who know the mod and guide the newcomers. Something all clans should contribute - and a chance to keep players interested and to give them a start.
If every clan would have one - then the purpose of those chars could be fulfilled at a better rate - as it then would be possible to have those chars online nearly the entire time clan members are playing at the server (possibly at least half a server day).
In my eyes the intentions of those chars is not wrong. Well the tag issue is something that can be talked about. No need for ranting!

And point here are not good or bad intentions which eventually stays behind the idea, after all i believe in good intentions all my life and u can not change this, no matter how hard u try to do this

All chars got deleted from 1.7 to 1.8, and as well that agreement (afaik ? ), but it got rebuilt.
Also, I noticed that char inactive for too long, after several tries to salute (which is idling) and got a kick(haven't got back the entire day). That's no punishment, but ppl already tells the server lag, and more with 45 ppl online.
I can't tell anything about it's intentions as I'm not sure, but OP already said it's against certain rules.

Its breaking the rules them banned it, delete it, fine it.... whatever you think its suitable.
But remenber that every rule that players see to be broken has to have the same punish the same way 
I was considering making a {LP} CF_Info {X} char because I did remember the intention of the idea in the first place. It looks like this is bad idea and I will not be doing so. Thanks all for letting me see the reality of this idea.
