DACIA was announced on "Tuesday, December 20th 2011, 8:35pm" as starting to create their clan, they are still in the at least 1 week time they CAN have untagged chars (3 days and half..).
Normal players, when they join a clan have 1 week to do it, clans have minimum of 1 week, I was thinking of 2 weeks, but not in the rules, the rules say nothing about a new clan anyway.

It sounds like "standing outside of arena" , but that can't be, it's nothing wrong, they can't transfer stuff from chars in Arena.

Next time you report a rule breaking, do it to GRs or OP in private online or by PMs, this is just purposed ruining of their reputation in public and clan damaging.

That's how you report any normal player, if you report a clan goes the same way. And next time be sure it's something real.

Leave them alone for some more days, maybe by then they'll stop ignoring you(as I know at least 2 of them know english).
