Awards

    To my surprise when I was going to add a new Award I noticed that meanwhile already 3 users received Awards (for Server Events). This obviously happened silently.
    These awards for sure are well deserved... and i wont say anything against that... but I think that such awards should be announced in public by the person that has added them.
    Gaining an award is a motivation for members and an honor.


    Having said that Id like to give a special Award which does not fall into one of the pre-set categories to |DSC|-The_Cro_Legend
    The Duty Mark for all his work on the server events that he hosts voluntary. Congratz Cro


    I personally have atm 5-6 other people in mind which clearly deserve such an Award.
    However... I think such special Awards should not be given out in "packages" and when the time comes the right people get the right attention.


    Since I can not be everywhere and do not know everything the members of this community (all of them) get an important job now.
    If you think a user on this forum deserves an Award (seriously) then open a thread on this board put a poll in it and suggest an award for this user (dont forget to add a reason).
    The members votes on that poll clearly make our decision for or against an award easier.

    BTW,
    OP, are event awards supposed to last a week, a month, or forever ? If they are forever, some people could have many of the same one, but guess you could make them be like image x 3 .

    I hope I didn't misunderstand, and I can place a nomination here. Abras has my nomination as a honorable GR who in my opinion has shown great civility, impartiality and leadership in his role as GR. I for one have learned from his actions and have tried to execute those same traits in my gameplay.
