If you post your system rules could you also please add a line with your RP. I am not aware what RP you are doing - and i dont need to mention that you all should mount one and only one license then. Well i leave that part to OP (or the GRs as far they should take care of this).

What smuggling route Gunny? Really is there one? I had no idea there is a BMG run there
I'm just a poor and humble legal trading company not does nothing wrong and pays my taxes 
If this is so maybe i should call on CFPD to police it? I wouldn't want anyone to trade in BMG, it is against my state of mind
