While i'm in a smuggling process, i don't care too much what is the subject of smuggle, i'll perform role of smuggler.

I just wonder (again) how can any Clan claim any kind of BMG (Black Market Good) as their monopoly, since BMG in general (NO EXCLUSIONS) are ILLEGAL

ok.. besides that :

how can a Police Clan (or even a clan with copper tendency) claim BMG as their monopoly and think, being free to trade without getting shot the second hole in their butt for doing so? Or being shot by other (true coppers) for carrying BMG ?!?

However you call the transport of BMG from one station to the other, its still SMUGGLING. And for my understanding, smuggling is ILLEGAL and should be punished (if caught) by every cop.

There was no 'cop is allowed to transport a certain type of BMG, without consequences' and I hope there will never be something like that.

BMG is BMG and its still ILLEGAL to transport it. period.

you can not punish others for transporting the same stuff like you do (call it transport of evidence or research stuff, or just protecting the goods from being taken by factions, which are not supposed to get their hands on it, or whatever you wanna call it) and doing the exact same thing, without getting any punishment.

if thats really the case, then I truly hope there are at least some true cops (not the fake ones running around and pretending to be the hard guys just to scare others) and do their job. (which would be. forcing smugglers to either drop their cargo right away, or shooting them down if dropping refused, or running prefered

I'm declaring a monopoly: If you are carrying BMG's, I will monopolize your ship to space dust.

2) Raven is the (not yet annonced, but already elected) CF Cohors Commander of |PX| He also is part of the |PX| Knights Assembly he said what was needed.

Monopolies are part of the RP System - ofc. anyone can decide to pay or die - it´s just as you like it - because they was (formerly initiated from CA) brought in for more RP and just to say it, some of us in this thread was part of the team who renewed the RP Rules in much work - i still remember us wordfighting for single passages and i am quite sure that neither OP nor anyone else will love to see it to go through the whole process again, especialy if there is no reason. At least i am not. Thats one of the reasons why i want to give the following hint again and again. The Rules are written down at the Server Page, they cover nearly every Situation - if we Roleplay their is no reason to change them in any kind because written Rules will not initiate more RP than a Ship with Weapons can do.

I strongly suggest to all SA personnel: not more discussion here from our side.

Only a few things to add.
I personally dont like this monopoly commodies for clan X or Y. After a research about this issue, that happen in the past i have a diferent view, and understand what Daywalker and Huor written.
I will follow the server rules and the decisions that my council will take.
Its always better talk with my guns than lose my temper here with this matters
