The SAC will give protection/support to its members who are trading these monopolized goods and will allow all SA pilots to take action if they find unallowed transporters carrying them. Our allies CFPD, UR and BG are permitted to transport them. Nothing in return is required.
We hope that the various factions of Sirius will respect our monopoly and agree that WE are the most trustable organization to handle these sensitive items. If you don't, our pilots are ready to deal with you with the usual good conduct known of the Silver Arrows.
If a SA pilot shall decide to trade BMGs out of that list, he/she will do so alone, without any support of the Silver Arrows Command.

Note : All SA have been warned that in no way they are safe to transport BMGs so there shouldn't be place for any complaining in the future !
