Silver Arrows Server Roleplay

To all clan members and freelancers,

I believe some of you are not totally sure about our RP position on the Server. Let me explain it to you because its very important everyone understands !

SA's server RP type is Police. But be aware we are NOT the kind of Cop that chases Smugglers or Pirates around. Keep in mind that we work for a greater objective : We defend mankind against alien menaces and explore new worlds to find technologies that will give us an edge in our battle against the aliens. Playing the police role simply make us naturally friendly with other authorities (police/military) around which helps in reaching our main objective due to similar desire to DO GOOD. ORION previously defined SA as Xeno-Cops, meaning we are Police that focuses on alien (xeno) stuff. That's a good description but we may see ourselves as a military organization (from the structure we have) that works for peace and security in Sirius also.

With that said, you must now know how SA implements the Police RP style. Police may fine smugglers and pirates if they are caught dealing in illegal affairs, everyone knows that. For the SA, "illegal affairs" means anything of alien origins that menaces the well being of Sirius. This includes the BMGs we have monopoly on (going to change shortly to include more alien-related stuff and not only military stuff). Also, if we suspect that somebody is menacing general well being of Sirius citizens, we must act to protect our beloved humanity (notably CSF but also potential Freelancers and pirates).

If you got any question, please ask them ! No doubt must remain !!!

From now on everyone in SA will get a Police License (green) to avoid any misunderstanding from other clans.

- We might engage pirates or anyone dealing with alien related stuff that is potentially dangerous, although we are to communicate our intentions on the first offense. If its the third tiem we spot you doign suspiciosu things we wont be so kind and tell you we're coming...
- We, and our allies, will be moving/protecting xeno-archeology items and xeno-items and also making sure than ppl we don't trust dont do it.
- Our mission to protect Sirius implies we defend the Inner Core and that is why we are stationed in O3. We are able t oquickly respond to an increase of alien activity in the Core and hel pthe DK hold the last defense line in the Milky Way. On the Altair part, Coalition dudes are the kind of "we do by ourelves" so we are not actively fighting along them (also because they are still fighting DKs...). but shall a faction (clan) establish in Altair and needs our support we will respond !

So if they caught the station selling illegal stuff, may arrest everyone on board and get all the ilelgal stuff out of there, also works with that alien stuff which is dangerous for human, so have to get moved to a safe place for elimination of the danger

Thx Michael, that's exactly what i had in mind. Cops can move seized cargo or simply cargo that they find dangerous and must not be held by other untrusted parties... it was said few months ago that everyone could post a monopoly on any BMGs which SA did regarding military/alien stuff. And with the Treaty between CFPD and SA, each of our own monopolies are to be respected... While you were gone dear Gunny, CFPD and SA began to form a great alliance and shared a lot and it resutled in probably the best cooperation seen in CF to this day... Thx mainly to you Mikey btw...

And to settle this smuggling matter, i'd like to bring to the light a deal Gunny made with me back in 1.7 when SA was just me, TANGO and EXTROS : He gave me enough millions for SA to buy a soulforge train and smuggle BMGs to build up our clan. In exchange, Gunny was to receive a share of SA's profit to keep looking down on this kind of operation...

Here, i hope it hurts just enough your righteous copper's pride Try to remember your own action before shooting on YOUR ALLIES for smuggling our monopolized goods ! If you don't like the CFPD alliance with SA and wish to abort it then you miss a great opportunity to benefit from our very own RP vision and the great fun and friendship our members have to offer !

so you mean SA transporting alien BMGs would be pushign RP to much as well ? Has the mentality evolved in the last years about this topic ?

I create our monopoly to add to the server RP only... If the general opinions is that cops moving government stuff or alien items is wrong then it should be told.

On the other hand, i still wish to clarify the issue about : can SA and CFPD fire upon each other when they assume their monopoly ? I thought that by sharing our mutual monopolies we were also avoiding shooting each other... Anyway this matter will be dealt with in the Leaders board ( i just wish to inform ppl about what is the issue behind all this mess happening in the last days).

i know m8 but i believe mike and I agreed not to shoot on each others due to our alliance...
