same here. yeah, i also reinstalled everything, cuz the stupid antivirus scanned my install.exe even when i said "dont scan files larger than 4MB" .. lol ... anyway, it works fine now

I think OP and Haegar are still working on getting the update up correctly. Maybe they found some last minute changes they needed to add to the patch.

I can't wait to reconnect, this mod is so great and now with the added content, there's a lot to explore.

E4 will be solved soon, please be patient - sorry...

No bug, just a minor flaw:
Missions in Coalition Space should be far-off from these Ion Cannons. Last night I earned 1 million credits without a single shot - just by avoiding the enemy fire. The cannons did my job in record time.

As mentioned above, Mirtrrak Battle Station in CF78 (Whyr) has the nick cf61_01 instead of cf78_01. Therefore (?) Lanzhou Shipyard in CF61 (New Hongkong) shows up as Mirtrrak Battle Station too.

The docking procedure with the coalition gates looks a little bit strange when you come from sidewards. The ship clashes several times with these mountings at both sides.

Just ..small bug ...
Firebolt .. nose hits back wall when docking on small stations ... eg .. Graves station ..Dublin or any with the 4 small docking bays .. game hangs in cut scene sometimes .... with ship half in half out ... think it might be problem with all those class ships with the long pointy nose ...

Not sure if this is a bug but, right now I tried connecting to the server after updating with the client, and I get kicked off as soon as I connect to the character screen. The server is there, 34 players are on, but I can't connect... Was the patch that you guys put out earlier meant to be downloaded via the launcher or viat SWAT-Portal?

EDIT: Never mind... I restarted my computer and it fixed itself...

For some reason when I try to install the 1.8 mod it crashes at random intervals but when i reload my computer and start the install again it skips all the files it has installed and then carries on installing from where it crashed but then crashes later on then i try again and it installs fully. But when i come to activating it in FLMM it crashes completely about half way through.

All i want to do is play the SP for now until i get a inet connection again.

Any ideas folks?

okay, i was killing the ancients and got 6 weapons from them but then the server crashed

IDK how many peeps reach LP until now, however i'm stuck there since yesterday. Every time when u try to undock from LP planet my ship crash in the planet surface before i can do anything with commands.(i try more then 20 times in 2 days)?

Hi, finally got mod to install and run but now when i try to get multiplayer internet there are no servers showing in the list. I had crossfire 1.8 showing last week but for some reason they have now ALL gone, any clues please. I have already had to deactivte ad-aware pro to be able to run the game and i use avg as anti virus.

and datadisc from nephele doesnt tell where other datadiscs are any more.

I reinstalled about 10 times, but it's not fixed.

WeLl i have cleaned my pc..re installed a different AV.(AVG FREE)..Downloaded crossfire.
re-installed freelancer and FLMM..
put it all together and ALL files were acepted and launcer is v2.01
Am now playing OPEN SP and all is fine.
will recheck data disk after ive finished exploring the new systems.

PS.@OP..I notice the ships in the new hongkong etc systems are from another mod ive played before..they are the copy ships from x2/3 etc..nice ships.. however, are there any of your own design in the game as i loved the coalition ships.

I was in Lost Paradies and had no problems.

Scotia crashes have something to do with the [Nebula]- or [Asteroid]-Definitions. First I deleted the debris-objects and it still crashes. Then I deleted all the Zones and it still crashes. At last I removed both [Nebula] and [Asteroid] and it worked.

Relenth - Kirrt Outpost - cant be docked. The docking ring seems to be to low (deep in the base) and the ship cant reach the docking ring.

Same problem in system Bimia, with Hyltpol Outpost
(so far i found only 2 of these bases, but im pretty sure all stations looking this way have the same problem)
