    Dear Members of the SWAT Community,


    we are sad to pronounce the Death of our Clanmate, Executive Officer and Friend Rover.


    Rover died after a painfull Illness at 24. June 2008.


    He always was a friendly man of honor and wishdom for us. We herby send our deepest sympaties to his Family and his Wife in Thailand.


    You will never be forgotten Mate and we are thankfull and honored for the time in which we was able to be with you.



    If Tears could build a stairway


    And memories were a lane

    I will forward my condolences with Rover and his family. May he rest now in peace without any further pains. My feelings are now with the surviving dependants - may them resists now this hard times.

    [SIZE=3]Rover was an excellent member of our community, well versed in diplomacy and the quick witted humor that all in CFPD have become accustomed too in the past months.


    CFPD learned of his illness several months ago and through our encouragement, we requested his return to CF and enjoy his last months ahead of him. Being a man of honor that he is, he did just that. He returned to CFPD and CF and employed his friendly mannerism and truly found enjoyment and peace among us.


    We in CFPD learned much about him personally and I can say he was an extraordinary human being, far more than I can ever claim to be.


    From one old warrior to another, I will miss you dear friend, the world will be a lessor place without you.

    We had a few very interesting conversations and I will always remember them.

    Rover was in my clan for a few months when he was new here.


    He gave my clan some standing as for months he used to be the only active member of my clan.


    When he left my clan and joined CFPD, I never spoke to him again and now I will never get the chance again. :(


    I hope that the people closest to him have the strength to carry on.

    i knew rover for a long while almost since he started on CF. he was a very good friend of mine and i am honored to have flown with him for so many months :)
