this morning... to be exact about 2 hours ago (it took me the time to find words again) a BG member came to me (MSN) to start throwing the worst shit ive ever seen on me
i didnt say a single word since obviously whatever I say would be considered a lie and used against me once more
its incredible how many lies, wrong accusations, insults and threats have been thrown into my derection since i decided to leave BG
why did i leave?
to play primary BG target now?

i left because of the shit that BG nembers have done to other clans, because of the direct orders which were broken by them and due to several other issues which damaged this community
in the past 2 months 3 CF server clans had to pay for what BG members did or tried to do
its no big secret that BG members provoked a server clan which finally left (in this case i need to admit that this was not the only reason).. its also no big secret any longer that several CF clans wanted to unite against BG to hunt some of the members (to my knowledge due to their behaviour and provocations)
a 2nd CF serverclan almost broke together because of BG influence (because of something that i always refused to do and permit as long i am leading clans -> 7 years)
and finally i was asked by one of those BG members to ban the leader of a 3rd CF serverclan for reasons which are very doubtful in my eyes (i didnt ban)
in those 2 months BG members violated clan rules and serverrules and as BG leader it would have been my job to kick those guys out of MY clan in the same way it would have been my job to ban them from the server
i didnt
they are still here because i considered them important for BG and the community... and before all the recent shit started i also considered them friends (but that is over now)
instead of doing my job as leader and admin i decided that the only way to protect the community would be to leave BG coz that was the only way to keep them here and prevent a serverwide war between the clans (lets face the facts even knowing what they did i would have been forced to defend BG as leader no matter what i think about it and exactly this could have destroyed CF since i am admin of this server aswell)
I left my clan in order to protect this community (CF and SWAT) and in order to protect those BG members because somehow i had the feeling that they would be important (maybe i was wrong)
So what happened since i left?
I didnt close BG
I allowed BG to stay on CF
I allowed BG to keep Custodian (which actually is more my system than theirs... especially that this system has a speacial meaning for me)
until now I only told the CF clanleaders about my reasons to leave (unfortunatly due to a forum bug some others were able to read that stuff until i could fix the bug)
I allowed BG to use their forums
I have spent 1 entire day and have rewritten the SWAT forum in order to give wavey and therefore BG the right to manage these Forums without the need to come to me
I also removed my rights to visit the BG boards and read there (also done by the forum changes)
I kept the BG page online for BG
I allowed BG to use my webspace, my domains, my traffic
I allowed BG to use stuff that is copyrighted by me
all in all i have given BG every possible chance to keep on playing in peace and survive
What has been taken away from BG?
just one thing
the SWAT membership including all rights that BG once had (such as creating new clans within the portal, hosting of new clanpages, calling for meetings and bringing up proposals for SWAT)
these rights have been revoked by XL coz obviously he is sick of all the shit and the broken rules
BG has broken the SWAT rules (the old SWAT rules coz we have new ones and the old rules were going to be included into the clan rules of the SWAT clans) which were valid for every SWAT clan member
You were kicked out of SWAT ... and now you can blame others for that you were kicked out (very likely you do already)
And finally how did BG react?
I was insulted, threatened, called liar, meanwhile i also seem to be a thief in BGs eyes
but ok lets take it bit by bit
fingerpointing:
everybody is responsible... everybody but BG (for those which wonder, wavey gave me access to the BG forum for a limited time so i could have a look about what was really said - ill come to that point later)
first of all - other clans are responsible for what did happen... BG members broke serverrules but since they "reacted" on what other said those other clans are responsible
BG members provoked reactions of other clans.... but for some reasons those other clans are responsible because... hmm because they did react on the provokation
that was what i had to read one day before i left and actually this made my decision easier and thats why i considered BG not honourable anymore
after i left a BG member came to me to threat me
2 others insulted me on msn
but ok... somehow i expected such a reaction so i ignored it
a few days later i got logs from the BG forum (from a BG member which actually does not really agree with what is said their)
threads like "why OP-R8R why" where i am obviously declarated as the worst ashole ever and that i am responsible for everything
then threads directed against other clans (such as LP)
basically alot of shit talk against members of this community
hmmm shit talk... wasnt there orders given out to ALL CF clans which should deal with that? YES

shortly later i was called liar
and claims came up that i would read all the BG forum posts and that i still have access there
then XL was accused of being the one which does read the forum and gives me the info
it took me several hours to discuss this shit with wavey which granted me access to the forum so i finally was able to read it directly from the BG boards
and to successfully prove that both SWAT admins (XL and OP) dont have access to that BG forum
after 4 hours talking, reading, testing it has been proven that those claims against XL and me are not true since wavey actually got the same rights that we admins have
If i would have wanted access to the BG boards i wouldnt have spend 1 entire day to rewrite it in order to exclude me from these boards
but naturally its always easy to claim that we admins invaded your boards

aha... naturally... yeah... if something does not work the bad OP wants to destroy the poor BG
so lets see how the truth that does those guys ignore looks like... we had a serverchange 1 month ago... therefore all php scripts were transfered to the new server... and this new server has new databases and new passwords and since i didnt have the time yet to check 200 different small scripts the BG memberlist does not find the database anymore since that change COZ IT HAS A NEW NAME
-> since about 1 1/2 months the memberboards are not working
but its good that after 1 1/2 month you notice that something is not right with an important part of the BG page and that you blame me for killing BG this way now
if someone would have asked me if there is something wrong with it i simply would have changed the config file and everything would be running like before... but i believe the current "blame OP for everything" policy does not allow such simple solutions
Oh wait... again breaking rule 1 from those 5 rules given to the CF clans
among those 5 orders that were given to the clans there was also a rule about asking what is going on instead of claiming shit

... until i announced the creation of my new clan

that i dont have the right to be military while BG is not

since yesterday afternoon i got 12 mails/pms from ppl which want to join... one of them was BG and like all others which are already in a clan i rejected that BG
but when you think that some of those guys which are going to be part of the new clan have something to do with BG then you are right... i have a list of EX-BG members id like to see wearing the new clantag
dont worry they wouldnt join BG under all circumstances so you dont loose any possible members... some others on my list are not BG and besides this there are still some places open for good figthers which are not on that list

Maybe you want to think back to the time when i was leading BG and you will notice that you had exactly the same privileges based on your duties (which where different from the duties of the other clans)
Custo game closed and opened again.... you also had the right to disrupt tradelanes... but somehow it seems to let you look important if you blame others if they do the same

BG was military as long i was leader
there was a reason why it was military
BG had to keep the balance between the RP and the clans based on MY orders
now that i am not the BG leader anymore you dont have any right to keep that military role... you dont do something for the server... you dont keep the balance... you dont even had the neccessary information
and therefore you dont have the right to call yourself military (not to mention that you are not even able to follow a few simple orders)
the new clan which i am going to create will take over that role since they have the possibilities
BG will have to decide between smuggler, pirate, merc and police since every CF server clan has to choose one of those 4
the ASF/CSF roleplay is not valid anymore (that has been decided about 2 months ago during a meeting in X-3043) and will turn into an Event
ASF and CSF licences will only be given out to the players before that event does start and they will be removed afterwards
why am i able to tell you that you are no military?
because RP is server buisness and as long i am admin i have every right to do such decisions (admin decisions are final) and the fact that this decision is based on valid RP rules
