I dont know much about him, but If Carbine, who never left, says that Nightowl would be good for CF, therefore he trust him, I think he can come back.

I don't know Owl very well, but I don't think this is all feigned if that's what you're asking. I don't ever recall him being particularly vocal about what was going on when PiA left. He never did much (if anything) to make him an outcast here and I think, like he said, he was just following his clan. Let him come back and have some fun.

I am in favor. (not that with my past anyone would expect me to be against, i believe in change, plus he may not have even agreed to leave anyway)

He must use his former PiA char names without the PiA tags of course.

I don't think i was here at the time when whatever happened..happened. But his post to op seems to be very sincere and very respectfull of the admin and op and the server. If people said they don't ever remember the player doing anything to make himself an outcast and he was just following what his clan leaders told him when he left. I say let him return to have fun again. And i agree with Gunny on the conditions. He did have the respect to ask for permission from op without trying to return under an unknown identity...That has to say alot about the kind of person he is. So i say let him return so he can play on CF with his friends again.

i think he should be allowed back. i knew him when he was here and he was respectful and honorable with all he did.

op im nobody but if i read right i agree with reinstate seems more honorable than some make him prove his sincerity with original names

i would like to say thankyou for all the kind words that everyone has said about nightowl and myself in this thread.

as nightowl put in his post to Op, we work together and since i was allowed back to CF i have talked to him everynight about how much fun i am having on CF.

also all the help i have got from old friends and even some that i was close to being enemies with, have gone out of there way to help me and its something that i will never forget.

i am not sure if i should have any say in this choice as i feel i still have some wounds to fix from our leaving CF, but he is a very good friend in real life and it would be good to have him back here so we can both talk about CF at work and online.

I vote to let him come back with the same name he had with PIA but of course no tags.

Well, from what little I know of Owl, I'm inclined to agree with the above - let him return...

Sounds like a nice guy. He could always try to hide who he is, but he didn't.
