The only place you can bribe them is their bases, and docking with their bases without getting destroyed while hostile to them is close to impossible.
However, it seems that killing Nomads affects your reputation with them at the same rate as killing Corsairs, Lane Hackers, Liberty Rogues, Outcasts, Unioners, and Xenos. You can try farming some corsairs without worrying about dropping your Outcast and Rogues rep.
Farming Nomad dont make any affect. Killing Xenos is best way, btw Rennai is familiar with Liberty faction then you have more choice
Those factions need some updated info, in-game it says their only enemies are the nomads, but killing them doesn't change anything,as you said. It's also not specified that they hate the pirates of Sirius.
I'll give this a try then, i don't really need anything from Xenos.
Note for excesive killing Xenos (or theirs depots like are in Inner Cloud): it will slowly ruin your reputation with Bundschuh. Could be good to know if you want build character with neutral rep to everyone (except Nomads).
I've found that farming Mollys keeps almost everyone happy. When I check my faction standings, there are no lawful factions hating on me, and only a handful of unlawful ones. For some weird reason though, IMG is among the ones outright hostile to me, but Mollys aren't listed as an ally of them.
It was only after farming Molly pilots for a couple/few days that I ventured into Renaissance space and saw that they love me
