We are updating the map for System Nephele (Sirius Sector) for uploading to WIKI. There is mention of a MP Clan Base, but as I only fly in SP I am unsure as to where it is. Can anybody show me where is; maybe on this attached map. Thank you.

imho the locations of clanbases dont belong into the wiki. some clans spend a lot of time to find a location where other playrrs wont find the base too easily. therefore u find the most bases above or below the 0-level (where most planets, tradelanes and other bases are located). imo we should respect the whish of the clans and let the location of their bases unknown.

ok, I see no problem with this. What imo can be in wiki is name of the clan base amongst other stations in system with a note that this is only for MP. This way it support clan (advertisiment) and do not reveal base position.
I strongly agree with Denne on this topic. I believe that the clan bases took a lot of setting up and should remain Unknown. The bases are for clan operations and should remain private. The bases remain unknown in my view.

OK. No problem. But firstly does the current Wanderer's Screenshot get included?
Oh! I see at WIKI it already there!
Secondly. If looking at the current Data Details, there is mention of "The Sancturary". Is that the Clan Base?
And thirdly. If "the Sancturary" is the name of the clan base then why not say so?
Fourthly. If not, what is it?
Finally. I would change the associated reference to the base to read: "The Sanctuary (MP clan base only and intentionally not shown on the Map)". If this had been there originally I would not be here at the Forum with my question(s).
For Nephele we had not this text there before. I've used text we prepared earlier for Sea of Shadows. I like proposed text change (in purple) and I will change it in both mentioned wiki entries.
... btw imo is good if there is ongoing ANY talk about clans here on portal ...
From what I remember about UR base I think it is called The Sancturary Been a while since I have been in Nephele
So might be best to remove that base from the wiki and the system map
Please, I will keep info about station presence and its name in wiki unless affected clan leader will not tell directly, that he want have this info completely removed. Exact location of base will be not written in text and will be not added to the map unless clan leader will ask for this directly.
Nowadys situation on server (from what I know) is very different to what we had three years ago. New players coming to game use CF wiki quite often and mentioned base in system may rise theirs interest and I hope they may decide to ask for join a clan ...

your last phrase, seems to raise a memory martind. i thought part of clan requirements was a sound knowledge of the systems., and the server rules. start giving newbie,s clan memberships and chaos and respect the clans have with each other will detriate. there is many ways to encourage the new players as seen in the past..
