Well, as there was no char wipe in the last 6 month, that isn't the case, so your chars are still arround.
You get warned and notified by the server in colors and every 10 minutes to PRINT your MP ID and save your chars as you are the one responsible of them. This is, because the server files does NOT save/log the IDs of the players, instead they use other base codes for each account and such.
So, the server, or OP does not have your ID to give it back.
But, in the best case, you could make a new ID, make a char in it with a specific name and PM that info to OP adding that you wish those other chars, adding their 100% correctly typed names (at least 1 for a ID), to be moved to the same account as this new char.
Now that you got a path, good luck with it 
But be advised, OP has a LOT of work that neither many of us here can imagine. Be nice.
