The thread makes less sense like this, it's like horatio and me double posted, and you have to guess which post is reply to what post.

But well, it's easier to watch over it when it's in the same place.

Well if everyone from Blk_ops has the sayin then they dont need a clan leader at all. And there is no rule sayin you need to have a leader in order to have a clan. What also relies to the tags. You just dont have to wear a tag that is already in use by another clan - unless you are a member of it.
