I earlier asked horatio's ego (who had announced something about Sigma13 being center of the battleground today (ASF vs. CSF)) where he got this information from.
And he told, that he did read about it in the ASF-section of the forum.
Unfortunately there has nothing being told in the CSF-section.
People on the forum will have to apply for either side (ASF or CSF at the user-group section on their profiles) to get access to the particular section on the forum.
As well will you need to have either an ASF- or an CSF-license license mounted on your vessel, in order to get your kills being counted for the result.
Such licenses can either be obtained from GR's online or clans, who might already have some in store in order to give them to participiants.

Since Sigma13 is ASF territory already, I'm afraid all ASF-vessels will be waiting for nothing, if there is no CSF-vessel showing up to attack/invade Sigma13.
And so far nothing has been announced in public, so no one knows about it (exept the members of the ASF-faction on the forum)

No. every ship has 2 license slots.
One can/should/has to be used for the roleplay (cop/pirate/smuggler/mercenary) and the second one can be used for ASF/CSF

To be counted in any ASF/CSF battle you need to have the proper license mounted, otherwise your kill/death will not be recognized as ASF/CSF kill/death.
Your opponent will also have to have a license mounted on the vessel he wants to participate, otherwise it can not be recognized by the system as ASF/CSF - kill/death, and it will just stay as regular pvp-fight

Apparently CSF Representant failed to announce the attack on their side, or at least in public.

We were warned about a planned invazion on us, that's all.

so if this planned battle does not take place, ASF wins ??

How many people are supposed to be member of CSF or ASF and haven't applied to their own User Group ?

It's now part of the rules, so start finding your place

in my books ... If a fight/game/anything is planned and one does not pitch the other wins by forfeit

there are PX in texas, not sure what they are doing there... so maybe the comms just sucx

Funny thing is, if a fight is planned. then both opponents should know about, right?
I've not read anything about any plans on any fights anywhere. At least not on CSF side

I was 3 times in the system Sig-13 today and I have not seen a single ASF.

Does that mean we won?
