it would be explain things when perfect or high OP, afaik it would be just a setting. If not in hook it could be displayed in the players online list or somewhere else.

I agree on OP the server load for everyone would not be interesting at all - because if its high it cannot be changed by the individual itself. And even if its high doesn't mean you have a bad connection to the server at all. Everyone's connection to the server is routed on different ways to the server. A high server load would just mean that an answer could be delayed - but must not mean your connection is terrible.
The command that is still usable by the players is ping. And this is exactly what players need to know. Their quality of the connection - although ping commands are issued on another layer than UDP packets thus are not a real conclusion about the actual server connectivity in game. And as all this might get a lot of players confused its better not to make it public. Because then we would have another forum part full of questions and probable complaints.
Sometimes a bit less is a bit more ;D

the mod runs on a high end server, for a single core application like FL you cant get anything better

in the beginning ppl would ask, yes and they would expect answeres, yes - sometimes the result would produce a little more work here in the forum but after a short time ppl would understand how it is working, thats btw. the reason why other servers open their serverload via console or infos. Ofc Huor i do not agree with the technical part you are offering above
