well, Hitler was very far from that, the only art he suported was something that we can call neo-classical/imperialism, sustained on the deth roman and greek ideias ( or at least in what we tought it were these roman and greek ideias at that moment).
Even the modern art school, Bauhaus was threatned by "him".
